I have built a Radar Post near my base, as soon as i built it, it became jammed...
what does this mean? is someone doing this and where from? is there anyway to get rid of the jamming?

jamming mean radar is blocket, and when you make a radar op it get auto jammed for 6 ticks, then it go of, if some one jamm it the jamm last for 3-6 ticks

All newly built radars will be jammed for 6 ticks.

So yes you could say it jammed itself.
