though not a preferable strategy, it's a way to store excess resources... and raze the OPs to get them back for a 3:5 ratio...

or maybe u wanted to upgrade but realize it's not needed or something, or got threatened by other alliances about it and such


Resources are already tight enough, now you're asking me to store them in a risky way using an outpost which i will pay for by only getting them back in a 3:5 ratio?! Not mentioning having to guard it against attacks...you must be high!
