is the time waiting to be in vacation is not the same betwin bormal speed to double spped

it not look posible as 1 of DOOM members on E7 was put into vacation when his last log in was 22 ticks ago but as I know you need 12 ticks to be on vacation how can it be that after 22 ticks he got into vacation ]

first the system doing face banns now it putting players in vacation that just stuped

plz fix it fast

I ask if the time it take for the vacation order to put your colony in vacation is different from normal speed to double speed :?:

It should be 12 ticks in all new client worlds.
