well u have to vote for a new leader in the alliance (whoever has the most votes)

when u r leader u will have numbers on the left side of ur name (it depends on many members you have) so ask ur alliance to vote for someone by clicking the name then you go to vote

Yup you have to have majority of the votes.

Vote system is the main one for leadership..... in "Community >> My alliance" tag u can see the vote column at the left side of ur alliance's members....

and u can vote ur members by clicking on the members on that list and click at thums up...........!!!

But leadership will be gone to member who got major votes.....!!!

its confusing at first but after awhile you will get use to it.

unlike me im always the co-leader or just a member in the alliance
