If a nuke hits a colony or something does it still do damage to an enemy squad that is 1 tick away from the nuke?

i think its when the squads are returning and is 1 tick away it isnt affected by the nuke but if its leaving the colony and its 1 tick away when the nuke hits it is affected by the nuke.

Your both wrong. lol
A nuke affects all un-allied squads within a 1 tick radius. Meaning that if i shot a nuke at someone but they noticed it one tick before it hit and they tried to send their units away, their units would still be affected by the nuke. But it doesn't affect you or your alliance teammates squads within the 1 tick radius.
