To become an admin you need to have a large knowledge on how to manage a online community, servers and you need to know flash pretty well. Also note that there are many mods that have been working here for a long time with the same goal, and even after that Tactisoft isn't looking for Admins right now, tbh with the closing of servers lately I wouldn't be surprised if they have too many.

So its a long journey, its difficult and you have to be pretty qualified. Good Luck.
