It normally depends like if they are trying to fight the case or not but if they do not fight the case and nothing happens ect ect it may take around 1 week.

This is true but there are those chances like for me I live in a Hotel so I had the problem and had to prove it I was unbanned but it was a ton of work and had to prove it ......... long long story but anyways you are able to try to prove your case that's why bd is so great if they find hard enough evidence yea it wont help to fight if it is that bad but  it is around 7-12 days before deletion from what I have heard.

I hear ya'll talk about days and hours, I was talking about clicks. Is it more about time then clicks? If they are marked red then they are red, not orange.
