I just found out when joined with another ally (another member in your alliance), attacking an unconquered player with a crystal, the strongest will not only fly away with the crystal, but gets the conquer as well.

Why is that, and what happens if the player had more than 1 crystal? Does the strongest player get all the crystals and the conquer?

The old way was that the strongest would get the crystal and the other would get the conquer or the crystals would be divided. The new way makes it so that it's not even worth doing a joint attack... you don't gain anything if your the smaller force. And as a lot of you know, sometimes you just need a little help. Well, now that "help" isn't going to gain anything, why would they help?

The Spoils of Battle update only comes into play if the attackers are in different alliances - if you're in the same alliance, you don't fight, and the spoils get spread around between the attackers.

Can you explain the used method forhaveing the spoils are spread? I know on earth 3 me and an alliance mate hit a guy same tick and I got it all -this was after the update-

As stated before the old client split the reward. The stronger attacker got the crystal and the weaker got the conquer. The new client the stronger gets both?!? Is this always going to be the case or was it just coincidence?

And what is to happen when the defender has more than 1 crystal? Will the strongest of the attackers get everything?


Steven: This has nothing to do with the fight for spoils as the attack was done by two member of the same alliance.

Aulpay: Don't worry about it. I didn't know that was going to happen. I thought you'd get the crystal and I get the conquer.
