when u rebel u don't have any income for as long as ur rebeling, if you can go 24 ticks without being conquered again while rebeling you are now free

First thing is first.

You do not loose troops during rebellion uncles your are attacked again.

You got conquered. So the appropriate thing to do is REBEL.

Rebelling is the act of freeing your colony.

During rebellion, you get no extra recourses, SO:

You need to build up a size able military force to defend your self in case he tries to conquer you again.
