I think the reason one doesn't exist yet is because of two things,
1) Androids hardware acceleration is (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..), and
2) Assuming Tactisoft uses Adobe AIR, I don't think the support is too great for porting to android native.

They recently (or not quite recently) released an IoS version of the game. They're working on other platforms now, which includes android. These things take some time though :)

Isn't the mobile version just a slightly-different version of the desktop edition? The only real differences are size and scrollbars on some menus afaik.
