Maybe a new Electric drone as well.
-The Buzzer-
Drains 42-50 energy per turn. (does no damage)

A weapon that drains 85 nrg and can only be used once? Ok, can be hard, but sounds fair.

A sword that drains 50 nrg and do high dmg?
Hard, but also has the disadvantage of beeing a close combat weapon and that's the point where most physics or heaters with flamers wanna have you.

But a drone that drains every round the whole regain of the enemy?
(for about 50 is almost the average nrg-regain)

On the positive side, this would allow a new set up of NRG-mechs.
Today there are just CC-mechs for CoL .
I play an nrg-mech, so that sounds really cool for me.

On the negative side, it could be a little overpowered.

Deep (or Ultra-) Drain, teleport away and drone and fight the opponent with knockback ranged weapons.

The enemy will never come to action again.
He can't charge or teleport or grab you with hook, cause all need nrg.
He can't fight you with his drone - no nrg.
He can jump forward - and you knock him back again...

As I said, I play an nrg-mech by myself, and as much as I wish new weapons or a change of old ones to give new strategies an antvantage, but that's too hard.
Draining a lot of nrg once is Ok, but every round automatically with a drone is just op. And don't forget that your "Buzzer" will make up tp 50 dmg every round, if your enemy is out of nrg.

The best electric drone does. 29-41+22 drain. so potentially 51-63. It actually does less damage. The ultra-drain needs to be tweaked. I think 1 turn with a drain of 65 is good enough with damage of 20-25. It can be lightweight or heavier to balance out.

If you are complaining about damage. lol

2x needle blaster 2= 80-90
antares= 50
If needle blasters are +10.(In my case they are)

That's 230-250 damage in one turn. this last for a few turns until you've consumed all your bullets.
