If you fight against someone of higher level and win, you get a certain multiplier based on level difference for your ladder points. IE, you face against someone 5 levels higher and win, so the ladder points transferred is multiplied by 5 from what it originally was.

I think this is a good idea, it would probably solve the problem of lower levels not being able to win the weekly prizes, And more importantly it wouldn't give the lvl 30's any further advantage. I totally support this :)
