it does have a no vote, its the last option "none of these".
and the reason for multiple options is because some players may like some ideas better then others and may only want to vote for one or two ideas, not all of them.
its basically a bunch of suggestions based around one topic posted in the same forum. what do i have to do... post each suggestion individually into its own topic?
that doesn't make any since to me.

also about the "tweak" option... if someone thinks something should be tweaked, they can post it in the comments.
Andys' post actually included a couple of tweaks.
I don't see the point in a tweak option.

i understand having to get 30 votes though, that's reasonable enough.

if possible i would like a second opinion on this.
