Targeting Computer (TC) would enable a weapon to hit for it's max damage when the TC "locks" onto a target for each weapon fired...

Maybe divide it into levels such that:

Level 10 TC - Has a 1% chance to enable a weapon fired to hit for max damage.

Level 20 TC- Has a 2% chance to enable a weapon fired to hit for max damage.

Level 30 TC- Has a 3% chance to enable a weapon fired to hit for max damage.

Level 40 TC- Has a 4% chance to enable a weapon fired to hit for max damage.

Level 50 TC- Has a 5% chance to enable a weapon fired to hit for max damage.

With level 50 being the highest chance. The TC would take up a Top and a Side weapon slot on the same side of the mech. Or could take up 2-3 module slots...

When a TC does activate, a message would appear like, "TC enabled". Or "Target acquired".

Originally was thinking instead of max damage, crit for double normal damage, but that seemed too extreme...

Also, TC does not effect melee attacks such as charge, stomp, or sword attack. Only weapon attacks...

Voted yes, but I think the devs would have to work on those percentages … wasting a move/item space for 5% risk of anything does not seem like a net-beneficial strategy.

What he just said - just need to tinker with the numbers, but 'yes' to the concept.

Maybe make it so the more turns it "charges" the more likely it is to succeed. Or leave it at 5% and just have it be a passive item that you do not have to activate.
