 Post subject: All Flamethrower Buff.

Regardless of and circumstance or flamethrower, they all seem to really suck. If the flamethrowers did more heat damage that would make them more balanced. Because there are a bunch of Negatives when using the flamethrower. For example; You take heat damage every time you use it, you only get two turns, you don't have any range with it???

How to make it better.
With higher level flamers I.E (The Dragon) should have more turns.

All Flamers should do more heat damage to enemies.

Higher level Flamers should have more range [2]

I think the flamers are fairly well balanced now. There are a number of ways to get beside your emeny at range 1. Claw, teleport and jumping or walking. and the heat the enemy takes on is pretty high and it can force your enemy to shutdown for a turn or possibly even both action turns they get. That means you could have a free round the following turn.

Personally I do not use them but I have faced builds with them a number of times won some lost some but there are good builds out there with them that win often.

Completely disagree, flame throwers need to be nerfed, seeing as it allows for the unbalanced build, where you can just keep overheating the enemy, so they auto-shutdown, and can't fight back.

If you think flamethrowers need a buff you are just using them wrong.
DO NOT use them in the first first game turn because they wil have almost no effect on a cool mech.
Instead wait till the enemy heats up and is very close to its next shutdown.
Then use hook+flamethrower to take away an entire turn from your opponent by forcing two shutdowns in a row.

I think that flame throwers are fine the way they are. It is hard enough managing heat without having someone heat you up when you least expect it.
