I am suggesting that mechs with wheels get knocked back slightly further than those on legs :)

This just makes sense and adds a little more of a difference other than statistics. :)

Can be more specific? Like giving some numbers.
I think your idea can be inputed to game like this;

What is now ....................What to be
---------------.....--------------------------------------------------
1 Knockback -> 1 Knockback for Legs / 1 Knockback for Wheels
2 Knockback -> 1 Knockback for Legs / 2 Knockback for Wheels
3 Knockback -> 2 Knockback for Legs / 3 Knockback for Wheels
4 Knockback -> 3 Knockback for Legs / 4 Knockback for Wheels

(basicly, no-wheel ones get -1 to knockback, while value can't be 0)
Are those values good?

Mechs with wheel? Oh, you mean tanks.

I don't like this idea. It's annoying enough that most weapons have knockback now, and this would make things worse.

e.g. against a legged opponent, the first attach might knock them back to the edge of your attack range, so you can make a second attack, but against a wheeled opponent, the first attack would knock them out of your range, so you lose the second attack.

If me, I'm quite sure you understood the thing wrong. By "wheels" I pointed out there were "Leg parts" with wheels/palette like in picture.

If you read the values again, I suggested to have the Legged ones get -1 KB range. Didn't say "let wheeled ones get +1 KB range". KB values in the game are greatly increased if you compare how it was some weeks ago. So I suggested shaving 1 KB from 2-4 KB weapons for Legs.

I'm reasserting my view that if it doesn't have legs, then it's not a mech (i.e. adding tracks to your mech turns it into a tank).

Either way, a situation knocking a tank out of range on the first attack would not know a mech out of range, which in my opinion unbalances the game.
