Several players have brought up the fact that when similarly equipped mechs within 1 level of each other square off, most of the time the player who goes first wins... At which point the game (and outcome of the match) becomes a bit too predictable.

Would it be advantageous to give each player one turn during the first sequence, or at least limit one move to the player given the first turn?
