If you could self-destruct at anytime, but kill the opponent as well. Then people would self-destruct whenever they're losing and the opponent would be one unhappy duck : P

It doesnt have to always kill the opponent, but lets say that self destruct could
deal 100-120 dmg...That would be good and not too overpowered(compared to someone having 2x rail guns :twisted: )

Well, no. The point is, if you are about to win a match, and your opponent uses this 'self destruct' mechanism, you'd die, and feel cheated out of a victory. This system would be abused. If you can't win a match, you should at least have the dignity of letting the other person take the victory he or she deserves. So, no, unless this self destruct mechanic only blows you up with no harm done to the opponent, I don't see how it will benefit the game. Not to mention how this self destruct mechanism seems pretty redundant anyway, because you can just 'Quit' the game, which does pretty much the same thing.

how about changing "quit the game", instead of just quit and it show u've lost, u have a self-explode sequences?
