I personally think and Im guessing right here, that Liran and the other developers decided that hiding the percentages for mythicals would make people argue whether they were still there or not. People would stop spending lots of tokens on credits to see if this was true.

Now we all know it is the amount of purchases per day will increase due to players knowing you can obtain mythicals from a cheaper source, though the chances are slim.
