I have seen others in battle with the same items as me, but the damage or effects are way higher then mine. So I am wondering if each player has all the same weapons in the shop to buy and the mythical to win. If so how do I get my weapons to the power others are. Most of my stuff is upgraded to lvl 9 and they still dont do the damage as others with the same exact thing.

There are very few weapons in the game that do the same damage every time. Most weapons have varying damage ranges, so never expect weapons to do the same exact damage.

Also your forgetting resistances and most of the time fusion levels on similar weapons are different.

What I was saying is take the Iron Shredder for example. It shows 2 in my shop screen. I have the one that does the most damage 76 - 114. In battle my opponent will have the Iron Shredder but it shows his damage is 120 - 150 when I hold my cursor over it in battle. How can that happen if we all have the same chance to buy or win the same weapons. That is what my question is really about.

120 - 150? Sounds like your opponent was on a floor buff giving a physical damage boost.

If not you might've mistake it for a different weapon.

Other than that, it could've been a visual bug. Try to see if you can get a picture or screenshot of this if it ever happens again.

If was a visual bug, the developers can't fix it unless they can figure out how to recreate it.
