The T&C was written a long time ago, the most we'll do is brick it/make it useless with a ton of evidence. But considering the possibility of people trolling using such requests and the lack of testing of this (I can only recall it ever happening 2 times, both times before Super Mechs existed and before Battle Dawn had permanent records)..

It's not something we're likely to do.

It would get you banned, possibly IP banned as well, the account would be kept though.

Even if just so we can keep logs on what you did.

There have been players that have gotten into the top clans with mainly lengendaries so I imagine it's possible albeit extremely difficult.

really??cause i cant imagine anyone win w/ no myth agaist a rank 1 player now..i am in rank 3 w/ 1 myth and i lost by far w/ one rank 1 player...

The trick is strategy... I know it sounds lame but in the end it's all about using a smart build. The thing top clans care most about is the amount of wins you manage - games you play. If you lose a bit more than others that's fine - so long as you make up for it by winning a lot - playing more games.

You can also get more myths by for example giving your friends gift codes and helping them level up - at a certain level you'll get a box for it with a small chance at myths.
