I believe it has to do with your IP being blacklisted as it has previously occurred to me when I posted meaning if you press submit, a message below the subject row will pop telling you that your IP was blacklisted, all you've to do is to press submit again so your post is shared, reason why you've been able to post successfully, Bluz.

IPs are usually blacklisted if it's also used for malicious intent against a large amount of websites. With Dynamic ips this is often just bad luck (and we sadly can do nothing about it - we use a third party for this), with static Ips it may mean you have a bad virus or some naughty people on your PC.

We have banned quite a few proxies, if your IP is banned by us (you'll know you get a big message when you try to play the game) I can look into it :)

I face these a lot, not only on forums but everywhere , one of my friends told me to turn off extensions which I did , it helped to reduce the number of pop ups but still the problem is not totally solved , I think those are by freeze discount or something like that.

But thats the case only on my laptop , when I'm on PC and mobile I didn't face these issues .

That usually means some malicious software on your computer is putting ads on every site. I believe it's called Adware.
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware.php is a popular anti-virus to get rid of this.

As for general anti virus, I can highly recommend, amongst paid options, F-Prot which is crazy fast and protects from future threats too (theoretically) as it works mostly by detecting attempts at interfering with core programs, opposed to the usual method of having dictionary of viruses and scanning for them.

Amongst free options, Malwarebytes Anti Malware is an amazing program that focuses on the truly dangerous stuff (the kind that can slow down or ruin your computer big time).

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Definitely the most solid, free, all around option.

Windows 8/10 do come with lots of built in measures, though. I havent needed an anti-virus since Windows 8.1.
