what is the suitable clan size (how many members) for the current conditions?

Every time the number of clan members were/will be increased, the 4th - 6th clan become weaker

So the gap between Top3 clans and the other ones was, everytime they increased the number of members, BIGGER

So I feel bad for the clans lower ranked

It is logic, Top3 clans ... + members ... Top3 clans recruit best players from 4th until ... come to Top3 clans and make the 4th until ... clans weaker

Solution would be to reward 4th - 6th clans too
