I watched a few games of bestplayer and found some of his opponents moves very odd (the guys he was supposedly farming with).
Yes, one player quitting in 2 turns 20 times in a row against someone else can accurately be described as "very odd". Or not odd at all, when you consider that the accounts are managed by the same person.
How about this. I can do the same thing. Want to see me collude with j^8, tobi, souldescent and other people and achieve an LP of over 100,000?
Not that hard. They can get 20,000+ in a matter of 2-3 days. I can get 50,000 on my own. Wanna see it happen?
But then you'll have a real dilemma. You can either ban everyone, or allow everyone to continue cheating.
I have played MMOs in the past - cheating, if conclusively proven as it has been in this case, results in a ban. Maybe not a permanent one, but at least in a temporary ban.
Considering that there has been no announcement for when the new system will be implemented, I am baffled the people in charge allow this cheating to continue. Not even a warning to bestplayer. Not even that.
But after all....why cut off that steady revenue stream, am I right?
