No filipas you are not the only one, and it has been reported to the developers that they are cheating. Just hope they do something about it fast, as they are doing it this very moment that i am writing this.. :)

Ladderpoints that are gained when players fight each other who are on one or the other way connected to each other, won't count anymore in future.

The other issues with those accounts will be solved too. Just not in publicity :)

Sorry, I can't say more about this right now.
