Right now, they are really overpowered, as they deal a ton of damage over a broad range. To balance, we should make their range from 3-4, not 2-4, as they are just too much right now.

they are both also legendary weapons. most physical weapons are powerful and some extremely powerful in order to hold you for a few levels. think about it like this... you spend money to get a legendary weapon, you don't want it to go out of date the very next level now do you. those weapons can easily last up to level 30. but like everything else, there's always a way to counter them as well... ;)

then if you still cant beat them... join them...

Yes, I completely agree with you legendaries should be the strongest weapons in the game.

Although, it is important to note that
a)Most people with those weapons got them by chance and not by buying tokens,
b)No other legendary is as op in their level bracket
c)This game isn't pay to win
d)I can't buy them anyways, because I am already pass that level bracket where I could get them.

I agree with daggertye, the safe shot is overpowered, but not because the damage, because we can use it unlimited times. In the other powerfull weapons has limited. The RPG and the Polaris or the yelloworm, yellower, we can use only twice/ battle. So we should limit the use.

i agree: but yet remember that they are limited as well by use of bullets. and at 15 bullets per shot is alot. so its basically the same as having a limited use weapon... in order to have enough bullets to last, you give up at least 2 mod slots... which could be used else where. so you have power, but you may be lacking defense or even heat/energy. so like i said before. there are ways to counter those players with those weapons. they deserve to be powerful... and no, i don't use them, i don't use any thing that has ammonition

Most of them use 70-90 bullets, and cause 65-90 damage because they fuse them, and most of them use two of them or with another strong the 60-75 damage weapons and they need only 15 bullets and this weapons is not cause any heat for them, so they can finish with you less than 3 turns and you only caused a bit damage. And with my level 18 weapons the max damage I can cause with my almost full fused weapons is 60. But I know I should play at level 30 if i don't want that.

That's true that they can still have a good amount of shots with it but the other side is they are giving up the slot to even equip bullets. Kind of a trade off, you may stack on defense while they're going for pure offense.

Uh huh, definitely, a balanced build is good. But, what he is trying to prove here is safe shots are OP, and you are trying to contradict him by saying that they are not and they can be defeated. So, it is unfit for your entire argument to be based with no situation in which a "balanced build" can defeat a safe shot prod. I have seen MrOneTwoo play. He is an amazing Roman build with everything fused up to 9, with 3 module resistance. His build is better than most people's level 22 builds, as he regular faces and kills them. If he says that the Safe Shot destroys him, what evidence do you have to contradict this? MrOneTwoo is a very experienced player who regularly fights them. I have never seen you play at that level.
