I met a player with 4 swords today.
At level 33 or more, there are enough teleport/hook/charge uses to be pretty well able to stay close to your enemy.

I lost to the player because I was using on of my low HP highly shield-dependent builds and he was lower level. His fist move was hook-and-knockback-sword, from which point my low HP build couldnt catch up.

I'll see if I can find the replay, its a seriously pointy mech :)
