Is it in a certain group? (like 1-10, 11 - 20, etc.)

I'm asking this because for a few hours I was shown as rank #1. I would put this in the bug reporting section, but I'm not sure if its classified as a bug.

Looks like it tries to balance out the level of the player along with there win/lose ratio.

That's what I thought, but that seems a little unrealistic. If a new player wins, say, 5 battles and loses 0, then he's pretty much guaranteed rank 1.

It's a bug guys.
The ranking system sometimes incorrectly calculates the rank of low level players and bumps them up into the top 10.

From my modest experience, a row of wins gives you significant ranking improvement, but sometimes only one win can give you higher ranking. On the other side, you need to lose several battles in order to regress. In short, it is easier to go up, than to fall on ranking list.
