I"m using a lvl 22 mech and I will for probably a long time.. but I can say that I've only face a lvl 19 as the lower with my lvl 22.. and I've faced guys as high as lvl 71 but it's fine (I win so who cares;)) but sorry you're having trouble.. if you want you could get some help from me etc.. feel free to ask..
