I could see making some novelty weapons that are equally useful worth coins, but to take some of the only options away from people at certain levels, I dunno man, seems sketchy.

it's true..this game is already with a low number of players, if you put weapons only for $$$ this game will be boring

but not AS well as the people willing to give up money for a silly flash game, therefore pay2win.
You guys just turned into one of thousands of asian mmos where you dont "HAVE" to pay money, but if you dont, you are at a constant disadvantage.

How do you think they should pay for the server the game is hosted on then?
Do you have any idea how much bandwidth costs?
Really, I know what you mean. Nobody likes pay2win shops in games, but really your opinion is just uneducated and stupid.

Not so much. In BD it's understandable because you can still beat your opponent if you don't play with reds. Here the problem is if you don't use money you are going to lose end of, and not everybody can actually use money. It makes the game too unfair for the none boosters and for that reason you're going to start losing players and popularity.

I haven't played SM recently, but for all I see when I was still playing it, SM is not just a game where u equip ur mech with the best weapons. U will have to think carefully about the heat, energy reserves, HP, resistances and the ammo (missiles as well as concussive ammo).

Sure, it's not an easy thing to do, playing against a paid weapon, but I'm pretty sure if one guy doesn't know how to customize his mech, he'll fail miserably, no matter if he pays or not.

i agree with aister. i don't think it. matter.. much.. the real thing.. is.. making.. a perfect mech.. i mean.. there.. is.. so many diff modules. and weapon to be.. use... main problem is.. knowing.. a perfect build... for example.. in lvl 17 i want to use.. electric + heat+ 3 damage module+ Armour that's 6 modules for a perfect build.. but there are only 3-4 slot in a mech.. which means.. i have.. to keep some out. same with weapon.. if i use. one type of.. weapon too much that.. will give.. me.. lots of dis advantage .. knowing.. perfect build.. is a big problem.

Not knowing the perfect build isn't the problem in this game. That is what makes this game require skill! :)
