as Ilona said, your first thing to do is to change ur email AND ur password, make sure it's not something related to real life (like your birthday, your phone number,...) and it is not easy to guess (like 01234567 or something like that).

if the problem keeps occuring after u've done it, please report it back to us.

Another explanation would be shared network.
Basically, when you use wi-fi or you host wi-fi, anyone else who also connects to your network and from there onwards into the internet may get access to your SM account. (For me, my browser saves my user and psw, so that i don't have to retype them every time. Just hit Login and i'm good to go.)

2nd explanation is that your PC is highjacked.
Without you even realizing it, someone else is using your PC. Do note that hackers can do exactly the same with your PC as you can do and even more.
