It happend a few times in the last battles that I had an opponent same (mech-)level, and of course he begins the battle (my player level was much higher). ok.
In former times on this situation he had one action point/ one move, then it was my turn(with 2 actions available) ok.
But now, on his first turn, one action point was shown on his player bar, but he did two moves/actions (shield up, fired weapon, for example).
With same level mech it means mostly for me that I loose (very narrow), because of this starting situation.
(This happend to different opponents, few times).
Is that correct?

Thanks for answer.

this is not what I mean.
Same (mech)level, but my players level /exp. is much higher. So it's normal that you (if same mech level, but lower players lvl) have the first move, but only 1 action.
I'm not shure if it was aginst you, but same mech level and opponent had one action point shown, but made 2 things....
anway, thanks for good fights
(I understand that "kitsbuying" thing what you said, if I had to made the decision they won't exist) but I have the money, others use, so I do too.

I've heard of something like this before.
Does it only happen when the opponent uses their shield on the first action?
Or does it happen all the time?

Also, are you using the latest version of the game (should sat ver3.0B in the lower right of the loading screen).

If its happening over and over again it's probably not a bug..

it happens independent from shield.
I had a few battles against, I think "phei" was his name,
both mech got level 29, he starts with one action shown.
But he fired weapon and put drone out. :x
Sometimes, when his first move with two action was done, it was my turn.
Then I saw the shoozclock running down, had two actions displayed, but no chance to do something because I don't have an "action bar/ icons".
After time was over (I was forced to stand still) opponent got a regular turn with 2 actions....so game was not frozen
After that I quit because I did't have a chance to win

Please solve that...

this has happened to me against a number of opponents, mainly on first move.
