I bought 5 boxes trying to get the fire stomppers instead I got the myth electric roller feet, the thunder boots and a myth energy module then nothing else worth using

I (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) hate using energy mechs

Sorry guys, I feel your pain, but in the end its luck. Sometimes you get awesome stuff, sometimes you don't. All I can say is: try to work with what you get. There's really no such thing as a useless item, experiment with different builds and you'll find a use for them!

See, this is why I don't spend money on this game. To me it makes no sense what so ever to pay for A CHANCE to obtain a certain item. Yet, I do understand that this is a necessary evil.

*shrugs* it's not like we fill them with crappy items, in the end creating a mech is partially about working with what you get...

That said, we also outright sell legendary items now.
