This happens to me no matter what the browser is. Sounds more like Server-sided issue more so client. Sometimes, after a opponent quits a match, my game freezes due to the stupid quitting bug. I'll have to refresh of course! Then the game won't load as it is stuck in loading. This happens frequently all day. I know cause I play almost all day.

Today it is very bad ... tried now more than 15 minutes to login (8 times refreshed after waiting 5 minutes).
Today ONLY Firefox browser works.
Uninstall new flash player ... sorry I cannot. But it should work anyways earlier or later with newest flash player !

Why can't you?

We need to figure out where the problem is - so find common factors and take them away, see if the problem goes away as well.. We can't do anything if we don't know the cause

And it is my job to find out the cause???

- I cannot, because I am not used to uninstall programms from Windows 8!
- you could easily INSTALL the newest Adobe Flash Player to check, if this cause the problem!
- "WE need to figure out where the problem is" ... yes YOU not I!

Sorry if it sound "bad", I just want to say with this ... I am here to play and to have fun, and NOT to testing WHY I cannot loggin normally!

I hope you understand that!



P.S.: many OTHER players have the same problerm now! I didnt had this problem for more than 2 years. It started 1 week ago!

Now only Firefox """works""" (after 3 - 4 times refreshing).
Explorer & Chrome (before Chrome works after 7 -8 times refreshing) do not work!

the reason alex is asking for you to test different things, is because he does not know what the problem is, thus he cannot replicate it and test it for himself.

If you were to continue to change minor things, like he is suggesting, the problem may become clearer, as once you change something it works, and if you change it back it doesn't etc. etc.

Sorry for the situation but please calm down. Please keep in mind we're a small company and we don't have the resources to test every possible setup.

I do update my Flash Player, as I use Chrome with automatic updating turned on, but as our systems may be different (I use Windows 10, have an SSD, a quick connection.....) there could be something specific with certain setups and the latest flash, hence why I asked.

("Add or Remove Programs" contains the flash player)

The thing is that we need to know what the cause is - or else we could spend days, weeks, months, years looking for the issue and possibly never find it. There's a lot of factors involved and unless we manage to find a common one...

Have you tried a second account of yours (if you have one?)? If not, I can provide you a temporary one and we can make sure it's not account related.
