My Situation:

I have a Desktop (Dell Optiplex GX280, 2 CPU's of 2.8ghz and thanks to my addition of ram it bravely owns 2550 mb ram (!), it got a decent hard drive and I got a HD Screen).

My Problem:

It got a sucky 128 MB Graphics Card with PSU power of like 250 Watt (if I am correct..)

I want to upgrade it, for less then 150€, to 256 video memory or 512 or 1gb or anything higher. I also want it to support Windows Aero, I mean, come on, I run windows 7.

I really miss Aero =( And Command and Conquer...

So...

anyone here knows if it's possible to get a less-then-expensive card which uses REALLY little power?

You could always try visiting your local computer electronic or computents store.

PC World could be a good one to visit
followed by Curry's and so on.
