Well this question probably baffled many Battledawners.

When there is a nice battle coming up I dont think I can possibly wait an hour to see the results... so id go for 30 minute ticks.

Like everybody else mentioned 1 hour ticks help when you are attending school, less worrying on battledawn and more worrying about my teacher catching me daydreaming(ewww)

Maybe another voting option ? like both>?

not 1 tick each 6 hours, but 6 ticks per hour.
10 minute ticks xD

i think
- 30 min ticks is the best for the one that can be online 24/7 though it's better fast

- 1 hr ticks would be the best for who cant be online so much or it could be good choice for a secondary world with online ones (24/7)

but i do prefer 30 min ticks although I'm only (12/7) but in 1 hr ticks i just wait and collect UFOs :)

know something : i like the presence of both together ( some worlds 1 hr some 30 min ) so i can choose that suits me at any time

With 30minutes per tick i believe its kinda impossible. :D
Atleast with 1 tick per hour :P you can have a long and calm nap atleast.

One time i stayed up for 3 days straight because of a war on a double tick server lol. Good thing though i saved a couple of my members from being conquered because of it. Monsters got me through it lol
