I bought the Xbox360 ver. Not bad. I didn't like how, at first, you'd die seconds after you spawn, like it was in MW1. But I'm getting better and lasting longer.
I agree with those favoring WWII series. I think they are better. They take more skill as you can't spray the field with bullets. Although the number of weapons, attachments, and perks in MW is nice, and the.. umm.. supply thing (uav, helicopter, jet, etc) that's cool. And the MP 12-24 player map is crazy.
Is it worth it? Eh, there's nothing about it that hits me like a baseball bat. It might of been better if the environment was destructible so they couldn't be used anymore.... and I can't stand campers unless you're a sniper.

I think the MW2 Campaign is brilliant, so is spec ops. But multiplayer doesnt have the same feel as MW1, MW1 was better multiplayer but it is now boring. MW2 is good but not as good as expected Just to let you know anyone who camps, uses AA12 shotgun, or Akimbo on anything other than rangers or model 1887s should just be killed. Also 2.21 k/d and 42 killstreak
