Malice if in case your friend's origin is from Japan like yours then why dont you try open that shop where you have hour tea ceremony where u drink 2 sips of tea in 2 hrs
it can rejuvenate all the japs in DC as well as it will be a new exp for americans too just you need to publish and advertise it well

o.O So much wrong here.
1. I'm not Japanese. I'm Korean technically... but I was adopted and raised in US since I was 3 months old... sooo, I have zero knowledge of my own cultural traditions, let alone other cultures.
2. My friend is not Japanese either. She's Indian actually. I only brought up Japan because Cat Cafe's are a more common thing there.
3. The point of the cafe is not to make a haven for ANY culture to feel at home. The point revolves around the cats and the people that love them.

never underestimate the number of crazy cat lovers in the world :lol:

personally, I'm more of a dog person, but I do love cats too. I'm just very allergic to them (allergic to all animals really, but cats are the worst for me). Yet, even so, I always stuff my face in their fur and cuddle them regardless of the consequences :lol:

Nope! The 'Moo I'm a Cat' alliance was just something I thought was funny. Whenever I use that alliance name, our skype chat pic is usually something like a Giraffe, or a Monkey, or something. I just like random things :lol:

And no, I won't be co-owner. At least, it's not planned in any way, shape, or form for me to be. I'm just simply trying to help out a good friend. She's the one putting her own money on the line for this.
