I would actually like it to be very similar to this world, except with a few differences. Like, no government. Just a military and/or a police force. People can do whatever the hell they want, except the obvious no murdering or rape and all that.

with eternal life and youth there would be no need to repopulate passed a certain number unless someone dies of unatural causes. we could keep or society and customs unchanged for thousands of years.
