Pansexual means you'll have sex with or date someone, regardless of their gender. IE: You don't care about gender in relationships.
Asexual means you're not interested in boys or girls, and you don't care about sex in general.

It's different in bisexuals. As an example, most bisexuals lean towards one sex more than the other. So it can be said that they do care about gender.

i like sex in general but i am aginst sex between 2 men .... but 2 girls are ok ... i know scream xDDD
but i like having sex with females but..... i like to tease men ... in sexual way but not to have sex with them like for instance
when a an is aroused i would tease them even more ut never have sex with them ...

Um.... there is some penetration in the technical sense if they use...... you know.......... don't make me say it. And what does penetration have to do with it anyway?
