i remember being a very VERY avid reader in my childhood. got started in 2nd grade but pretty much stopped at the beginning of highschool. why? probably because nothing that was meant for my age group was very interesting lol. i'm a big fan of fiction and everything that i picked up for 14-16yr olds was....crappy teen drama.
i still read mangas everyday though (shame on me)

I remember the most interested book I've read is The Children of Captain Grand (by Jules Verne), and the Animorphs series...
