Uhmmm wtf?! They are showing 95% of the votes? Can someone explain to me how that is justified?



Or am I just misunderstanding what the 95% means?

I got an E-Mail from Ron Paul about this matter, and describing the situation in Maine. They didn't report one of the precincts because it was "snowing". And also at the delegate convention, they threw out all the names because there was an "anomoly" in the counts. Now they have to redo it, there will probably be more Romney supportive Delegates the next go-round.
