^take a look at that, and then upload the picture onto a site like imgur, photoshack, imgshack, flickr, etc.

Then, if provided, copy the [img] code. If not, take the image url and put it between:

1. make a screenshot by pressing *Print screen* button
2. go to paint, gimp, photoshop or whatever other picture editing software you have
3. paste ur screen the re bu pressing *ctrl + V*
4. Edit. Cut out any unneeded infromation that you dont want others to see
or you might add some (circles to where we should focus)
5. upload ... there are many upload sites out there such as http://tinypic.com/ or any other image hosting site
6. copy IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards

7. paste it here and post
