I feel good >.> I ran 6 300 yard shuttles which is down the gym and back 6 times x6
(Over a mile of shuttles, and if one is familiar with running the turning back and touching the floor 6 times -stopping and starting again- is what kills you) I puked!
But for the first time in a long time I can say that I can run two miles. (I can if they aren't shuttles)
You see this is a sad story of a kid who used to play sports then ate way to much in 7th grade, and then in 8th grade I decided I wanted to lose all the weight, so I took weights and conditioning Taekwondo and I am signed up for a gym, lol in the last two months I have lost 15 pounds and can run more than two miles again
I am proud of myself! (Btw, I am 15 in 9th grade now, I really didn't do anything to get in shape when I was in 8th)
