Cool thanks guys I found a link to get into the forums but I am only here to say what's up since getting here is a pain. 1st it will be longer than a few days and what had happened is that Sunday night me and him got into yet again another fight except this one had gotten violent and well after that I packed my clothes and a couple other things and left

My parents are divorced and I'm with my mom now
I'm hoping it can end at that and my dad doesn't try to start a custody battle. Cuz honestly I'm happier now that he's out of my life

idk but judging from ur saying "had a fight again" I can see that this is not the first time...

if that's the case then I think u can somehow take away his right to look after you and let ur mother take care of u. With that, unless u change ur mind and decide u want to live with him, he can't do anything.
