smoking cigarette is injurious to health..

I've smoked cigarettes, I've smoked weed, I smoke hookah, I drink, I've tried shrooms, and on separate occasions have almost tried acid and almost tried x. Most of the time I don't feel like any of the things I just listed above are worth doing more than once, with the exception of maybe drinking, but I don't have a problem with people who do them regularly and encourage people to try anything once, as long as you don't think one time will cause any permanent damage or get you instantly addicted, just so you don't have to always wonder if you missed something amazing your entire life when you're older.

Also, for people considering taking that advise, I don't recommend mixing any of the above things, because all of them impare judgement to some extent and all take your body out of homeostasis. Mixing two can cause you to take way more of one or both that sober you would recognize as dangerous, and their effects can also mix in very unexpected ways.

Cigarettes of them all were by far the hardest to give up, after using them for a year. The rest were incredibly easy. Cigarettes though were sneaky little devils, at least for me. There were several months where I had no problem going without them for a while, so I figured I wasn't addicted. Then one month, bam. I was hooked and it sucked if I had to go too long without them. I just kicked them over winter break, but I still have an urge to buy them anytime I go into a gas station or drug store and see them.

I havent drinked, smoked, or had weed. Never wanted to. Never will ( i hope )
