All depends on it's comp value, I have high hopes because:

MW2 Engine

Infantry Ward are working on it, even if just a little bit :S

Dedicated servers


I have low hopes because:

The CoD franchise has turned into a money maker with nothing in multiplayer to keep you interested for more than 6 months
