It is just not posible to expect everyone to post a reason for their no. And even if it is, they'd just post 'Cos I dun like it' Or something equally stupid. And we cant do anything.
Its never been like that, ever. Suggestions always had heated debates, people voting no did only give a reason, they gave a reason and a half and tried to fight those who voted yes.
Teller its not
impossible It just takes some work. Re-implement the rule of no votes require a reason. a
valid reason. When i was here and someone said something like "Dont like it. No" It would not count! The community disregarded the no vote until the person edited or posted something new.
Suggestions are some of the most active forums, where people reside most. However there is probably 12-13 active users, not 16. And that, as eb puts it, "trolling no" is ruining the system itself.
Im not delving into conspiracies or anything but maybe whoever deleted the accepted topic, is the trolling no, which means it would be a head mod hindering the efforts of the already dying community.
To put it more simply, we want, and always wanted community discussion, and that was all fine and dandy. Its not anymore, and its because a mod decided to change it. You're a mod. Change it back.
