in school i did a mile in 3min....i could run pretty fast but i had low stamina.

fastest ever was 2min for a mile after my uncle's crazy pitbull got loose.

No way. 30 miles an hour? The fastest sprinters are in the range of 25 to 27 miles an hour.

for practice, i used to race my dogs, at first i couldnt win but then after a lot of training i could do it

I love long distance running, absolutely hate sprints unless it's the 200m... cause I do ok in the 200m. Why? Cause there's a curve, and I run faster on curves. :D
