So we're all here to play a war simulation game... We are all virtual warriors, diplomats, and leaders in the world of Battle Dawn.
So what do you all consider to be the true meaning of those terms?

Warrior

Leader

Diplomat

We all take on one of these aspects, some of us take on all three. So what does it mean to you? Philosophically, that is. There have been many opinions on the meaning of these roles in history.

The ancient Samurai, the Roman Legion, the modern Jedi myth, the Templars and Knights of the middle ages, and the Martial Arts masters of the Far east...

They all have built their own teachings.

Same goes for Leadership. Nietzsche, Bismark, Napoleon, Caesar...

How do you feel about your roles in Battle Dawn? How do you approach what you do? What does it mean to you? Do the persons and histories of the past influence you? Do you relate to any particular teachings?

Just curious
I feel this is more of a miscellanous thread.

Hey now! :D You know the past several generations have been influenced by the Jedi myth in their warrior mythos at least as much as any of the other major real historical warrior societies. And you can't tell me they aren't pretty awesome either.

Sounds like you've been playing some Assassins Creed btw.
I like your answer though

I really don't believe that you can generalize every player into those three categories. For instance I don't fit into any of those three categories. If I had to choose one it would be diplomat but diplomat is just a part of what I do.

I don't view myself as dirty. And my diplomatic skills are always up front. Never really behind the scenes.
